Phil assisted us during the purchase of our home. He was so friendly and helpful all along the way. This was my first home inspection and he helped explain the process. During the summary he went over the issues found and discussed what was safety issues and what were not. In the end we got everything that mattered repaired. We now have a wonderful and safe home! I am so glad we picked Inspector Gadget!!!
